It has been a L O N G three months spent away from our Eagle family. 

 

While we've loved sharing at-home workouts and virtually checking in with our fellow Eagles since March, we are ready to get back to the gym for LIVE exercise and socially distant camaraderie!

 

That's why we are thrilled to announce our SOFT RE-OPENING DATE OF MONDAY, JUNE 8TH, 2020! Yes, you read that right! 

Of course, we are still living in an era that requires extreme delicacy as we re-open to the public. Please read our re-opening protocols and class offerings in detail below, and do NOT hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.

SAFETY PROTOCOL

IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL OR HAVE POTENTIALLY BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WHO IS EXHIBITING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, please be respectful of others' safety by not coming to the gym until symptoms clear and/or you receive a negative test result.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS are required upon entrance to the gym. Please be sure to check in at the front desk before working out.

MASKS will be worn by all GTF staff. You are not required to wear a mask while working out, but we absolutely welcome you to do so at your personal discretion. 

HAND SANITIZER AND DISINFECTANTS are readily available for your unlimited use throughout the facility. Please be sure to sanitize your hands upon entry, and adequately disinfect any and all equipment used during your workout.

INDOOR CAPACITY IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 40 PEOPLE. Please understand that this limitation ensures appropriate social distancing between members. We will have the garage door open for outdoor workouts to help in extending capacity. Please be mindful of others by limiting your workout to 60-90 minutes.

HOURS OF OPERATION HAVE BEEN TEMPORARILY ADJUSTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Monday through Friday, we are open 5:30am-8pm, with a mandatory closing for disinfecting between 2-3pm. On weekends, you are welcome from 8am-3pm.

TANNING BEDS are not to be used until further notice.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Due to the close nature of many of our group classes, we have temporarily limited our class offerings to BOOTCAMP and RIPT.

Monday - Thursday : 5:45AM & 7:30AM and 5:30PM

Friday: 5:45AM & 7:30AM

Saturday: 8AM

KICKBOXING SCHEDULE

Tuesday & Thursday : 5:30PM

Saturday : 9:00AM

RIPT SCHEDULE

Monday & Thursday : 5:30PM

BANDS-BURN & ABS SCHEDULE

SUNDAY: 9:00AM
